Family Rescue Center Easter Fair (22103 Vanowen St., Canoga Park) will be held on Saturday, March 28.  Volunteers are needed from 8am-12pm.  You can help with game booths, the egg hunt,  crafts, food stations and the Kona ice truck.  We are expecting 200 children! 41st Nature Made The Great Race is on Saturday, April 11 in Agoura Hills.  This supports Agoura Hills and Oak Park schools and Food Share and located in Agoura Hills and Oak Park, is the perfect opportunity to get involved in a fun, community-wide activity. There are many different ways to volunteer: as a group, with a friend, or as an individual.  Students earn community service and learn valuable job skills. Race day is April 11 but volunteers are also needed after school on April 8, 9 and 10. Spots will fill quickly! Sign up directly at https://thegreatrace.volunteerlocal.com/  Questions? Calabash Charter Academy PTO's Spring Carnival (4501 Deseret Drive, Woodland Hills 91364) is looking for volunteers.  Date: Saturday, April 18th
Volunteer Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  Service Required: Overseeing game booths, monitoring inflatables and post-event clean up

ACEing Autism, a nationwide nonprofit organization on a mission for children with autism to grow, develop and benefit from social connections and fitness through affordable tennis programming, is looking for volunteers ages 13 and older for our local program. Location: MountainGate Country Club (12445 Mountaingate Dr, Los Angeles, CA). /Dates: Saturdays, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28, 3/7, 3/14 /Time: 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Wise Readers to Leaders, a tutoring program is looking for high school volunteers to engage in one-on-one remote reading and/or math tutoring with our scholars in grades K-8. Updates to Apostolic Works Program highlighted below:
  • Hours Expectation:  9th grade expectation will be satisfied through Pillars retreat.   Any extra hours may still be logged in to x2vol.
  • Summer Hours:  We are accepting any and all hours served in summer time – no maximum, wherever they served that aligns with grade level focus and general Apostolic Works guidelines. DUE DATE for summer hours claims was August 31, 2025.
  • X2vol Hours Tracking Platform:  New students will go over registration process in Theology class or may come to Campus Ministry for help.
RETREATS
Retreat registration is open soon for 10th - 12th grades!  All Chaminade retreats cost only $50 and financial aid is available to those who qualify. If you have any questions feel free to email, call, or visit Mr. Bergen or any of the Campus Ministers.

MORNING PRAYER FOR ALL TEACHERS, STUDENTS AND STAFF!
Join us Tuesday through Friday at 7:45 in the a.m. in our Chapel, immediately adjacent to the Media Center in the Condon Center Building.  We read the day’s scriptures, share our prayer intentions as a community, and leave renewed and ready to face our days after offering up 15 minutes to God at the beginning of it.
